Vintage yellow gold filigree 3 diamond ring

Vintage 14k white and yellow gold filigree ring with diamonds.  All the diamonds are old cuts totaling .40cts.  The ring measures just under 3/8" wide, it's a size 5 and can be sized.  Circa 1920.  This style sells out fast!
