Vintage sapphire diamond engagement ring

Vintage 18k white gold filigree ring with sapphires and a .61ct diamond.  The diamond is an old cut, SI1 in clarity, H in color.   The ring measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 5 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
