Vintage retro 14k rose gold band with ruby and diamond

14k rose gold and platinum band with ruby and diamond.  It measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 5 1/2 and cannot be sized.  The ring is in excellent condition and appears to have rarely been worn.  Circa 1940.
