Vintage 5.00ct garnet ring

Vintage 14k white gold filigree ring with a 5.00ct garnet.  The ring measures 5/8" long, it's a size 6 3/4 and can be sized.  Really pretty setting, the garnet is a deep red color.  Circa 1920.
