Vintage 3 stone diamond ring, 14k white and yellow gold

Vintage 14k white and yellow gold ring with 3 diamonds totaling 1ct.  The ring measures 1/4" wide, it's a size 7 1/4 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
