Vintage 14k yellow gold filigree diamond ring

Vintage 14k yellow gold filigree ring with a .25ct diamond.  The diamond is an old cut, SI1 in clarity, G-H in color.  The ring measures over 1/4" wide, it's a size 7 and can be sized.  Very unusual to have these antique ring in yellow gold, circa 1920.
