This is an amazing ring!!! It's platinum, the main diamond is a 1.92ct mine cut, the sapphire is 1.42ct cushion cut. Both the main diamond and the sapphire have GIA lab reports. The diamond is SI1 in clarity, L in color. The sapphire is natural, not heat treated and Cambodian in origin. The side diamonds, trilliants and round cuts, total .52cts, SI1-2, H-I. The ring measures 1/2" wide and is a size 4 1/2. Circa 1920.
