Long antique filigree sapphire diamond ring

18k white gold filigree ring with sapphires and a .15ct diamond.  The diamond is SI1 in clarity, G-H in color.  The ring measures 7/8" long, it's a size 7 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
