Art Nouveau diamond necklace with a woman's profile, circa 1910

Really unusual 18k gold necklace with old cut diamonds.  The pendant alone measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/8".  The chain measures 19" long and is also 18k.  Exceptional piece with incredible detail, circa 1910.
