Antique platinum filigree ring with sapphires and a .75ct diamond, circa 1920.

Platinum and 18k white gold ring with sapphires and a .75ct old cut diamond, SI1 I.  The ring measures 3/8" wide and is a size 6.  The top filigree part is platinum, the shank is 18k.  Circa 1920.

These are hard to find with sapphires!
