Antique platinum ceylon sapphire diamond ring

Vintage platinum ring with a 3.12ct natural light blue sapphire and .75cts in diamonds.  The ring measures 5/8" long, it's a size 7 1/2 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
