Antique platinum and diamond ring

Vintage platinum ring with .75cts total weight in diamonds.  The center diamond is .40cts, VS2 in clarity, H-I in color.  The ring measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 10 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
