Antique 18k 3 stone sapphire diamond ring, circa 1920

Vintage 18k white gold filigree ring with a .57ct diamond and sapphires.  The diamond is VS2 in clarity, J in color.  The ring measures 3/4" east to west, it's a size 6 and can be sized.  Excellent condition, circa 1920.
