.53ct antique diamond ring

Antique 18k white gold filigree ring with a .53ct diamond.  The diamond is an old cut, SI1 in clarity, G-H in color.  The ring measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 6 1/2 and can be sized.  Lovely piece!  Circa 1920.
