18k White Gold Filigree Ring With A .43ct Diamond, Vs2, H-i. Circa 1920

Antique 18k white gold filigree ring with a .43ct old cut diamond. The diamond is VS2 in clarity, H-I in color. The ring measures 3/8" wide and is a size 6 3/4. Circa 1920.
