Antique 18k white gold fliligree ring with a .75ct center old cut diamond. The diamond is VS2 in clarity, F-G in color. The side diamonds total .06cts, SI1 in clarity, F-G in color. The ring measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 8 and can be sized. It's in excellent condition with sharp detail in the filigree and engraving work. Circa 1920.
