Vintage 18k yellow gold filigree diamond engagement ring

Vintage 18k yellow gold filigree ring with a .40ct diamond.  The diamond is an old cut, SI1 in clarity, G-H in color.  The ring measures 5/16" wide, it's a size 6 and can be sized.  Love the square white gold top!  Circa 1920.
