Platinum & 18k long filigree ring with .50cts in diamonds, circa 1920

Platinum and 18k white gold filigree ring with .50cts in diamonds.  All the diamonds are old cuts, VS2-SI1 in clarity, G-H in color.  The ring measures 7/8" long and is a size 4 3/4.  Circa 1920.
