Antique filigree diamond ring

Vintage platinum and 18k white gold filigree ring with a .75ct center diamond.  The diamond is an old cut, SI1 in clarity, H-I in color.  The ring measures just under 1/2" wide, it's a size 8 3/4 and can be sized.  Circa 1920.
