18k yellow gold 1ct cabochon cut sapphire ring

Extra pretty 18k yellow gold ring with a 1ct cabochon cut natural sapphire.  It measures 3/8" wide, it's a size 7 1/2 and can be sized.  Bright clear blue sapphire!
